How do I create an account for Sheba Pay?
Creating an account on Sheba Pay is easy! Follow these simple steps:
-Download the Sheba XYZ App: Go to your device’s app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and download the Sheba Pay app.
-Open the App: Once installed, open the Sheba XYZ app on your phone and go to Sheba Pay on the right side.
-Continue with mobile number:
Enter Your mobile number then put the OTP sent to your phone.
-You will need to provide your basic information, such as:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth (for verification purposes.
- Gender
- New pin
-Verify Your identity :
- NID Card verification
- Selfie verification
-Complete the Setup: Follow any additional prompts to finish setting up your account, which may include linking your payment method, adding a bank account, or verifying your identity if required.
What services do Sheba Pay offer?

How do I change my password?
To change your PIN on Sheba Pay, follow these steps:
- Open the Sheba Pay app on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings option located at the upper right corner of the screen.
- Tap on Change PIN.
- Enter your current PIN for verification.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new PIN.
- Confirm the new PIN by entering it again.
- Your PIN will be successfully updated.
How do I access Sheba Pay services ?
To access Sheba Pay service ,you have to have a Sheba Pay active wallet.
Can I use Sheba Pay in both Android and ios?

How can I send money to someone?
To send money using Sheba Pay, open the Sheba Pay app and tap on the “Send Money” option. Next, select a contact from your list who has a Sheba Pay wallet. After selecting the recipient, tap “Continue” to complete the transaction. Your money transfer will be processed, and your action will be complete.
Can I send money internationally with Sheba Pay?
No,for now it’s only available in Bangladesh
Is there any limits on how much money I can send?
Yes, it’s limited to BDT 25,000 per transaction and BDT 2,00,000 monthly
What should I do if a transaction fails?

How do I make payments using Sheba Pay?
You can make Payment in two ways:
- By entering Merchant Mobile Number.
- By scanning BanglaQR.
Can I make payments for online Shopping or services through Sheba Pay?
Yes,by scanning BanglaQR you can make payments for online Shopping or Services through Sheba Pay.
Are there any fees needed for making payments?
No,there’s no fees needed for Payments.
Mobile Recharge, Add money,Linked Accounts and Transfer money & Request money
How do I recharge my mobile phone?
To recharge your mobile phone using Sheba Pay, open the Sheba XYZ app,go to Sheba Pay and navigate to the “Mobile Recharge” option.Enter the phone number you wish to recharge and select your mobile operator then select type Prepaid or Postpaid and then tap on “continue”,after that enter the amount you wish to confirm the transaction. Once the payment is processed, your mobile number will be recharged instantly.
Is there any fee for recharging my mobile number?
No ,there are no fees for Mobile Recharge.
Can I recharge a mobile number from a different network?
Yes,you can.
How do I add money to my Sheba Pay wallet?
To add money to your Sheba Pay account, follow these steps:
Open the Sheba Pay app and tap on the “Add Money” option from the home screen,
Select the payment method, such as MFS (Mobile Financial Services) or Visa/MasterCard,If
you choose Visa/MasterCard, enter your card details, including the full name, card number,
expiration date, and CVV,Enter the amount you wish to add and tap Continue,Complete the
transaction by verifying your PIN to authorize the payment,Once the transaction is
successful, the amount will be added to your Sheba Pay wallet.
Is there any fees for adding money to my wallet?
yes,there’s 1% fees for adding money to your wallet.
Can I link multiple accounts to my Sheba Pay wallet?

How do I unlink an account from Sheba Pay?
To unlink your bank account,tap on your added bank and slide to right to ‘Delete’.
What should I do if I have trouble linking my account?

What payment methods can I use to add money to my Sheba Pay wallet?
You can use MFS or Your Bank account to add money to your wallet.
How do I request money from another Sheba Pay user?
Go to ‘Sheba Pay’,tap on the ‘Request Money’ feature,enter a number who has a Sheba Pay
wallet,enter the amount you want to request and proceed to successfully request money to
your peer
Can I request money from a user who does not have a Sheba Pay?
No,you can not request money from a user who does not have Sheba Pay
Is there any limit on the amount I can request?
The ‘Request’ limits between BDT 10 to 50,000.
How do I track the status of my money request?
You can check the ‘Money Request’ status on the ‘history’ section of the Sheba Pay app or
you can directly tap on to the Money Request feature and navigate to top left to the ‘money’
icon to check your status.

merchants in Bangladesh. It provides a centralized solution for inventory and order

To reset the Pin,
Open the Sheba Pay wallet and tap on the “Login”option,Create your account by entering
your phone number,Enter the OTP sent to your phone number,Scroll to the bottom and tap
on “Reset Pin”,Enter the OTP sent to your phone number to proceed with resetting your
pin,Create a new pin following the rules provided below,Confirm your new pin, and your pin
will be updated successfully
